The travel industry is filled with so many kinds of voices that it's usually difficult, if not impossible, to find the information you need in order to make successful, sustainable decisions.  For whatever reason, the trade press has not filled this need for years.  Seminars, where diverse viewpoints were at one time welcomed and expected, have in recent years become forums for the peculiar views of their sponsors. Think about it: have you ever heard opinions loudly and forthrightly expressed in one of these expensive and highly visible settings that took positions fundamentally different from the publication or group sponsoring the meeting?

Moreover, aren't you tired of hearing the same speakers recite the same meaningless platitudes?  It's time to break new ground.

Not only does the lack of discourse cloud the decision process, but it's unhealthy.  Open, clear, and specific debate of the key issues facing our industry is essential if the mistakes of recent years are to be avoided and if collective thinking, business development, and planning are to advance.

Listed here are my own publications.  Some are free, others are fee-based, but you have my promise that each will raise the level of discourse above what you've come to expect.
