Here is the list of the minimum computer equipment and Internet connectivity that you need to successfully view the online seminar. The CD-based presentation does not require Internet connectivity.

Computer and Internet

• The presentation includes full sound, so for all configurations, a working sound card and speakers are required.

• You will also need an Internet connection (modem or other) operating at a minimum of 32kb.

  • You will also need an Internet connection (modem or broadband). The presentation is offered in both a slide format and full motion video. The same content is offered in both formats. To view the slide presentation online, your Internet connection must operate at a minimum 32kb.  To view the full motion video presentation, you will need a connection operating at a minimum 364kb.

  • If your Internet connection cannot support the minimum requirement for broadband connection, you can successfully view the either presentation format with a slower connection, but the file will need to download prior to viewing.

  • The presentation is also shipped to you in DVD format.

Windows Operating System

To view presentations on a computer running the Windows operating system, you need:

• Windows NT® 4.0 or later, or Windows 98SE or later.

• Microsoft Windows Media Player® 6.4 or later.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, or Netscape Navigator 7.0 or later.

Notes

• Microsoft recommends using Windows Media Player 9 Series or later to optimize presentation playback. You may download this program using the accompanying link.

• Advanced playback features are not available when you view a presentation in Netscape Navigator running on the Windows operating system or in Internet Explorer for the Macintosh. To download the current version of Internet Explorer for Windows, use the accompanying link.

Apple Macintosh Operation System

To view Producer 2003 presentations on a computer running the Macintosh operating system (OS), you need:

• Apple Mac OS X v 10.2 or later.

• Windows Media Player for Mac OS X.

• Internet Explorer 5.2.2 (or later) for Mac.
